Use physical principle, roof sheet manufacturing machine rolls steel coil raw materials into metal tiles of different profiles with rollers, made of 45# steel forging with chromium plate.

Our factory generally selects H steel with the material of Q235 national standard as the main frame of the roll forming machine. The shaft material is also 45# steel, which has a long service life and is not easy to rust. The shafts of the roof sheet manufacturing machine all are solid, with 70mm diameter. And the shaft diameter may be 80mm or 90mm, it depends on the profile of the roof tile.
